Shipping and Returns
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone, or sign up for a subscription(save even more!). This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. All orders are processed as soon as possible. Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm CST is shipped out within a day or two, however, we cannot guarantee this. Currently Shipping to The United States Only!
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Minnesota. Typical shipping times may vary from 5-9 business days (Monday thru Friday) after processing. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. Returns and Refunds
Because of the complexity of our store and some of the items we offer Beetlez Bazaar has an open 30-day return policy on select products and services. If you are not satisfied with one of our products or services, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. Once verified the customer is responsible for return shipping. We accept unused items in the same condition in which they were shipped from our warehouse for a full refund. You have 30-days from the date you receive your shipment to return the items to the address specified on your return label. Please allow up to 10 business days following the receipt of items to our warehouse for a refund or store credit to be issued. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Lost or Stolen packages
Beetlez Bazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to address entered for an order. Beetlez Bazaar will confirm delivery to the address provided, and the date of delivery. Tracking information and shipping carrier information can also be provided for the customer to investigate.
